Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate Finance) | Up to $105k + Bonus Potential

Location: Charlotte, NC | Heavily Hybrid | Full Time

Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with department heads and finance leadership.
  • Deliver insightful variance analyses comparing actuals to projections and prior periods.
  • Construct and refine dynamic financial models across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, visual dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to internal teams, offering data-driven guidance and projections.
  • Support sales operations by analyzing incentive structures and commission plans.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board presentations and lender reporting.
  • Coordinate with Accounting to enhance data integrity and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Run scenario planning to evaluate strategic options and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to investor and stakeholder communications with financial insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Play a key role in planning for future analytics and reporting tool adoption.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Strong analytic horsepower with ability to connect data to strategy.
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; thriving in collaboration.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, PE-backed growth environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills required
