Overview:

We’re looking for a HubSpot expert who is highly skilled in workflows and experienced with the HubSpot Enterprise Suite. This is an hourly, as-needed role providing fast, reliable support to our internal team. You’ll be our dedicated HubSpot support resource, available in Slack to handle day-to-day requests and ensure smooth marketing and sales automation operations.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain workflows within HubSpot for automation, lead management, and internal processes.

Support and upkeep existing workflows, ensuring they remain optimized and error-free.

Handle ad hoc team requests related to HubSpot operations and troubleshooting.

Manage lists — imports, segmentation, and data hygiene.

Draft and QA emails and workflows before launch to ensure flawless execution.

Assist with enterprise-level features such as custom objects, advanced reporting, and user management.

Provide quick turnaround support (within 1–2 business days) via Slack communication.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a HubSpot specialist, ideally with Enterprise-level HubSpot experience.

Deep understanding of workflows, automation logic, and data structure in HubSpot.

Strong attention to detail and QA mindset.

Ability to manage multiple small requests efficiently and independently.

Comfortable communicating in Slack and working in a fast-paced, async team environment.

Available for ongoing hourly work with flexible hours but consistent responsiveness.
