Responsibilities

  • Deliver quick, iterative design updates based on feedback.

  • Explore and develop multiple ideas simultaneously, including compositions with graphics and typography
  • Apply responsive design best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with writers and designers.
  • Integrate feedback and adjust designs as needed.

Skills

  • Proven track record in illustration, supported by a portfolio exclusively showcasing your illustration work.
  • Experience with composition, typography, and graphic design.
  • Ability to deliver quick, iterative design processes; adaptability and creativity in presenting multiple options are essential in this early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, excellent communication skills, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments - ideally with experience working in startups, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the creator, influencer, or talent management space is strongly preferred.
  • Animation or motion design skills are a plus.
