Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervises a team of Coordinators from training, job postings, and candidate questions.

Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.

Post all new openings on all platforms and remove any filled positions.

Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Hiring Manager.

Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, Chezuba, and Handshake

Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring

Research new potential job boards and recruiting tactics to expand reach.

Prepares correspondence as requested.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Attend all full staff, management, and department meetings.

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week

Available to attend leadership meetings weekly on Tuesdays from11:00am-12:00pm EST.

Familiarity with recruiting platforms and job boards is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Past supervisory experience is preferred.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
