Job Description:

Responsible for providing end-user support for both
PowerBI and Sharepoint. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with user account
management, and providing guidance on standard operating procedures for using both PowerBI and
Sharepoint. The Support Specialist will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to
end-users, and ensuring the proper use of both tools. The successful contractor must provide
personnel who have extensive experience with PowerBI and Sharepoint support, with a proven track
record of delivering high-quality staffing augmentation services on time and within budget. The
contractor must also provide adequate resources to ensure the timely and successful completion of
the project, and adhere to the company's policies and procedures as well as any applicable laws and
regulations.
