Located in Glyndon, MD, we offer a unique, exciting and one of a kind opportunity to bring your love of sales and account management for customers inquiring about moving services. Every moving business needs sales, not every moving company has a sales department. That‘s where we come in…Our goal is to "Bring Professional Sales to the Moving Industry". You contact the customer, build rapport, gather information, book the moving service. Provide customer service until the completion of the move.

A remote option is available for those with sales experience, or those that are willing to attend a unpaid Zoom training.

Are you ready to take on all sales responsibilities, account management and customer service responsibilities via telephone, email and texting. Gather information professionally and efficiently. The ISAM acts as the primary contact for our company partners and their customers. The successful candidate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Work Schedule Options: We Cover the Entire Lower 48 States

  • East Coast Shift - Full Time - Part time (Weekends)
  • Central/Mountain Shift - Full Time - Part time (Weekends)
  • West Coast Shift - Full Time - Part time (Weekends)
  • Late West Coast - Full Time - Part time (Weekends)
  • Weekends Only - Saturday and Sunday
  • Remote Option for the Very Qualified (Sales experience individuals that attend a unpaid Zoom Training)

How Will My Day Look: I will...

  • Book moving services
  • Follow up using various forms of communication effort to make contact and discuss moving services
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Determine the customers needs and recommend product/services to match the scope of the project
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships for repeat and referral opportunities
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date
